Malaysian Applicants

Candidates must fulfil the following requirements

      i.          Passed SPM with a minimum of three (3) credits or equivalent: OR

    ii.          Obtained APEL Certificate from MQA for admission to Diploma (Level 4); OR

  iii.          Obtained other qualifications recognised by the Senate; AND

 iv.          Have a minimum of six (6) months working experience; AND

   v.          Fulfilled the programme special requirements set by the Senate.

Non-Malaysian Applicants

Non-Malaysian applicants who wish to pursue study in the Executive Diploma programme at the University must meet the following general requirements:

a.   Pass at least General Certificate of Education 'O' Level or other qualification recognized by the Senate; AND

b.   Obtained the following results in one of the English proficiency exams as described below:

                          i.          A minimum score of 397 (PBT) or 30-31 (IBT) for Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL); OR

                        ii.          Band 4.0 and above for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); OR

                      iii.          A Minimum score of 160 in Cambridge English: Advance (CAE); OR

                     iv.          CEFR B2 or CPE (180) (Cambridge English Proficiency / CEFR C1; OR

                       v.          A minimum score of 30 in the Pearson Test of English (PTE); OR

                     vi.          A minimum score of A2 in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR); OR

                   vii.          A minimum of Level 2 (Band 2) in the Malaysian University English Test (MUET).
